Grapes were selectively handpicked into 25 kg harvest boxes and transported to a refrigerated chamber in the winery. e wine was made by gentle whole bunch pressing and a totally natural clarication giving the wine a real purity of fruit and absence of harsh phenolic compounds.e juice was slowly fermented, at 12 oC.

Pale yellow citric color, fresh nose, with lemon and tea leaf notes and some pineapple. The mouth is fresh and mineral, with all the texture of Antão Vaz.
