The Grapes were selectively handpicked into 25 kg harvest boxes and transported to a refrigerated chamber in the winery. The wine was made by gentle whole bunch pressing and a totally natural clarification. The juice was slowly fermented, at 12oC

Excellent with smoked dishes in general, including smoked fish with simple confection, seafood dishes and some desserts made from fruit.
Clean and citric yellow color, with notes of fresh grapefruit with some mineral touch. In the mouth has a rich texture, with good persistence and freshness.
